IT'S a long way off but Lancaster Library is pleased to announce a very special Christmas tour, featuring Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip.
The tour, which will celebrate the National Year of Reading, comes to Lancaster Library on December 6 and will also visit seven other UK libraries.

The National Year Of Reading/ Get It Loud In Libraries tour will allow young people who may not rea
d regularly, or visit libraries the opportunity to both pull shapes in a unique venue, and be motivated to join their local library by both the cleverness of Sac Vs Pip's song craft and the book-clad backdrop of the shows themselves.

With a top 30 single and top 40 album, Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip have garnered consistent support and interest from the UK's press.
They provide intelligent, engaging pop music and endear themselves to the mainstream media with their refreshingly lucid and entertaining approach on stage and in person.

The gig will also feature a Q&A session with Scroobius ahead of the main performance, who will be fielding questions about his
lyrical inspirations.

Indie-folk poet, George Pringle will provide support on the night.
n Tickets for the show are £6, with a £1 concession for library members.
