A NIGHT of wonderful live music will be on offer at More Music's new Devonshire Hall venue this Tuesday (November 25) at 7.30pm.
The event is called 'Voices' and will feature some of the best singers from the Lancaster and Morecambe area.

Headlining will be the duo Howdenjones with superb arrangements,
breathtaking harmonies and musical virtuosity. Kate Howden and Paul Jones promise to take their audience on a journey through a musical landscape, telling stories and sharing experiences along the way.

The night will feature a terrific live performance from the spellbinding singer Sue Parish, who will be singing with the Orbit Jazz Workshop Band.

This is an exciting partnership for the band following their collaboration at the Lancaster Jazz Festival with acclaimed saxophonist Andy Schofield.

Female a capella vocal group, Dot Crochet and the Raging Harmonies, will sing interesting arrangements of songs from around the world and will be followed by Deep Cabaret 1 (aka Steve Lewis) entertaining with his voice, loops, guitar, nonsense and special guests.

And finally, More Music will introduce young singer/songwriter David Murdoch from the organisation's Stages project, who will be accompanied by The Hothouse Singers.

Tickets for all Variety Nights at More Music are available from The Hothouse in advance or on the door for £4 and £2 for conc's.For further information email info@moremusic.org.uk or call 01524 831997.
